The adjustable Gymstick is made of fiberglass and has little weight. This makes it easy to take the stick to another location. It is possible to train everywhere. With the Gymstick Bootcamp, exercises can be performed that focus on power, stability, cardio and flexibility.
The Gymstick has a maximum length of 1,30 meter. The resistance bands can be attached easily on both ends of the stick. The bands have a loop at the other end, which can be put around the hands or feet. When performing exercises, the stick will work as a lever.
The Gymstick Bootcamp is available with two different resistances: medium or heavy. Both resistance bands give 1 kg resistance to begin with. The difference lies in the way they built up power. The heavier resistance bands will be harder to stretch out the same length as the once with less resistance.
The Gymstick Bootcamp is available as a complete set with carry bag. A poster and workout DVD are also included, to discover even more possibilities.
